1. Scope of Services
Prime Fleet Services operates a Berlin-based platform designed to connect independent riders with various delivery service opportunities. Our services are limited to providing the digital infrastructure for this connection and facilitating communication between the parties involved.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. During registration, you are required to provide complete and truthful information. Access to the platform is granted at our sole discretion.
3. User Obligations
Users are committed to providing accurate information at all times. Use of the platform must be lawful and comply with all safety regulations relevant to delivery services. Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or endangering public safety, is strictly prohibited.
4. Platform Role
Prime Fleet Services acts exclusively as an intermediary. No employment relationship, partnership, or agency exists between the user and Prime Fleet Services. We do not supervise, direct, or control the performance of delivery services provided by users.
5. Payments and Fees
All financial transactions, payments, and fees are handled via our third-party partners or integrated delivery platforms. Prime Fleet Services is not responsible for the direct processing of rider earnings or the resolution of payment disputes between users and delivery partners.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data provided on the Prime Fleet Services platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Fleet Services or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Prime Fleet Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the platform or the accuracy of third-party delivery data.
8. Data Protection

9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the security of the platform and its users.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
